Deposit and Cancellation Fees

• Full payment will be taken within 7 days prior to arrival.
• If the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the total stay.

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances except those allowed by law.
