We always pay greater attention to your safety and comfort. Regarding cleanliness and hygiene, we follow the highest standards. This includes:

  • Frequent Sanitisation: High-touch areas including door handles and common areas are regularly disinfected.
  • Room Cleanliness: All guestrooms have been appropriately cleaned using hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • Contactless Services: Contactless check-in/check-out and in-room dining to minimise contact.

We realise that, from time to time, it may be necessary to make changes and recommend you reference our cancellation policy for complete details below:

  • Free Cancellation: Free cancellations or amendments until 7 days before arrival without charge. 
  • Refunds: Full refund if the call to cancel falls within the time limit.

Of course, many facilities are included during your stay to ensure that you enjoy your time for comfort and enjoyment. The following are included:

  • High-Speed Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
  • Pool: Unlimited and free use of the on-site pool.
  • Spa: Bookings required, contact reception on 035952-2179 to secure your spot!
  • Children’s playground and basketball hoop: Unlimited and free use.
  • On-Site Restaurant: The Palms Restaurant is open for a buffet breakfast Wed-Sun from 7:30am. Dinner is available from 6pm Tues-Sun.
  • In-Room Amenities: Top-quality toiletries, and tea and coffee facilities.

Although we understand that pets are a part of the family, our property is not enabled to accommodate them. For comfort and safety, we encourage you to make arrangements for your four-legged friends while you are with us. Of course, service animals are welcome by prior notification. Should you have further requirements or need recommendations on nearby pet boarding, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our goal is always to be inclusive and accessible to all our guests. Some of the features include:

  • On-site parking with pathways to the nearest available spots to the entry points.

The restaurant’s working hours start at 7:30 in the morning with A la carte menu. Dinner is available from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:00 PM. We also look after diet requirements and needs for vegan and gluten-free meals, provided the guest requests them in advance.

Bar-b-que facilities outside are also available to our guests.

We are working for comfortable and smooth check-in/check-out:

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM, Check-out: 10:00 AM.
  • Requests for early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated; however, this will be subject to availability and is chargeable.
  • Contactless check-in/check-out implemented as an added measure for convenience and safety.

While we can’t always guarantee, we will do our best to accommodate your request according to availability.

Yes, we offer laundry facilities as follows:

  • Coin-operated laundry facilities are provided. All rooms have access to our amenities block with a self-service laundry containing a washing machine and dryer.
  • For your convenience, detergents can be requisitioned from reception.

  • Pharmacies and local medical centres are a short drive away.
  • In case of an emergency, our staff can help arrange transportation to the nearest medical centre.
